Äntligen, äntligen, äntligen!!! Nu är det officiellt! Vi är nu stolta ägare av ett shophouse i Georgetown! Igår skrev vi på kontraktet och betalade kontantinsatsen så nu finns det ingen återvändo. Det känns så himla underbart att äntligen få skriva kontraktet och få känna känslan av att huset verkligen är vårt. Genast kände vi motivationen och inspirationen höjas rejält efter en så lång och frustrerande väntan på att allt ska bli klart. Men den som väntar på något gott.... Nu är det bara att vänta ( herregud vad man får vänta på allt i det här landet) på att kontraktet får alla stämplar det behöver för att bli giltigt och sedan är det dags för överlämnadet av nycklarna. Fantastisk start på det nya häståret!
Finally, finally, finally! Now it's official! We are now proud owners of a heritage shophouse in George Town! Yesterday we signed the contract and paid the down payment so now there is no turning back. It feels so wonderful to finally sign the contract and get to experience the feeling of truly owning the house. Immediately we felt the motivation and inspiration increase significantly after such a long and frustrating waiting for everything to be done. But good things come to those who waits .... Now we just have to wait (my God, you have to wait for everything in this country) for the contract to get all the stamps that is needed to be valid, and then it's time for the handling over of the keys. This is truly a fabulous start to the new horse year!
