Guest bathroom

Vi har fortfarande inget badrum i huset som är klart än. Vi håller på att fixa med de två större badrummen på övervåningen men det går lite långsamt eftersom vi vill hinna tänka efter lite hur vi vill ha det. Det badrummet som är närmast klart, är vårt gästbadrum som vi just nu använder som vårt badrum. Vi har inrett gästbadrummet med lite "heritage" känsla och har återigen använt oss utav det underbara kaklet från Marrakech-serien.

We still don't have a bathroom in the house that is completely done yet. We are doing some work on the two larger bathrooms upstairs but it is going a bit slow because we want to have time to think about how we want it exactly. The bathroom that is closest to completion is our guest bathroom, which we now use as our own bathroom. The guest bathroom's interior has a "heritage" inspired touch to it and we have again made ​​used the gorgeous tiles from Marrakech.

Dessa gamla dörrar används som innervägg mellan badrummet och gästrummet. På så sätt når dagsljuset in i badrummet och ger en ljusare samt rymligare känsla. Glaset i dörrarna är frostat så att det inte är någon insyn.


These old doors are used as the partition wall between the guest bathroom and the guest room. This way, it is possible to make use of the daylight even in the bathroom and thus provides a brighter and more spacious feeling to it, while at the same time being more environmentally friendly since we don't need to use lights during daytime. The glass of the doors are frosted for more privacy.

Vi hittade det här vackra handfatet för nästan ett år sedan då vi flyttade till Malaysia. Jag blev helt kär i det då jag såg det och eftersom vi fick ett riktigt bra pris för det så slog vi till på en gång. Bänken under är gjord i betong och matchar handfatet perfekt.


We found this beautiful bowl almost a year ago when we moved to Malaysia. I fell totally in love with it when I saw it, and since we got a really good price, we decided to buy it even thought we didn't know at that time where to put it. Luckily, the bowl fits perfectly as a sink in the guest bathroom.The table below is made of concrete and match the sink beautifully.
