Medan det skördas äpplen i Sverige, skördas det rambutan här i Malaysia. De här fina frukterna är från svärmors trädgård. Alltså, helt utan beskämpningsmedel och underbart goda.
While it is harvesting time for apples in Sweden, it is harvesting time for rambutan fruit here in Malaysia. These beautiful bunch are from my in-law's garden. Thus, without any pesticides and absolutely delicious.
Så här ser rambutanfrukterna ut inuti. Konsistensen påminner mycket om lycheefrukt. Underbart läskande i den tropiska värmen.
This is how the rambutan fruit looks like on the inside. The texture of the fruit meat is very similar to the lychee fruit. Really refreshing in this tropical heat.
